New pack of mods brings back Mexico to Red Dead Redemption 2

Red Dead Redemption 2 map won't let players to cross the border into Mexico. You can see that part of the world, but can't travel there. Mexico was a big part of the first Red Dead Redemption with it's own atmosphere and sights. Rockstar Games left the objects and textures from the first game just for the landscape.

The fans were waiting for single-player DLC for the game, where you can finally visit Mexico. Some players got across the border using glitches and bugs. It seems the developers won't add it anytime soon, so modders took it in their own hands and created a pack of mods. The mods in the pack were made according to the game lore.

Mexico Megapack for Red Dead Redemption 2 adds 13 Mexico-related map expansions including settlements like Chuparosa, Escalera, and El Matadero. The modpack compiles eight location mods created by modder RedMaxBR and five created by modder AClassySliceOfToast. This pack created with a great attention to detail.
