GTA Vice City Gets Fan-Made Prequel DLC with New Content

Fans of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City can now enjoy another large-scale fan project. A new DLC mod titled GTA: Leo Teal's Story has been released, featuring dozens of new quests and two different endings.
The mod serves as a prequel to the original Vice City storyline and follows the story of Leo Teal — a seemingly ordinary chef by day and a contract killer for Mr. Black by night. However, Leo soon finds himself entangled in a shady deal that changes everything.
The mod introduces around 30 story missions, new immersive side quests, collectible items, two alternate endings, Easter eggs, and much more. All dialogue was voiced using AI-generated speech. GTA: Leo Teal's Story is available for download via this link.
As a reminder, a fan-made GTA Vice City port for SEGA Dreamcast is also currently in development.
