GTA Online Kicks Off New Event with Triple Payouts, Discounts, and Rewards from August 21–27

From August 21 to 27, GTA Online will host a brand-new event featuring gifts, discounts, and boosted rewards for players. Gamers will also be able to earn triple XP during the event.
Highlights:
- 500,000 GTA$ within 72 hours for completing all missions in the Premium Deluxe Repo Work series;
- 1,000,000 GTA$ (2,000,000 GTA$ for GTA+ subscribers) as a one-time login bonus if you play before September 17;
- 100,000 GTA$ for completing three missions in the Premium Deluxe Repo Work series;
- Triple payouts and XP for Simeon Export Requests;
- Double payouts and XP for Simeon’s missions (quadruple for GTA+ subscribers), Sumo (Remix) mode, and Community Series Races;
- 100% discount on the Declasse Drift Walton L35;
- 40% off the Annis S80RR, Grotti Turismo Omaggio, Nagasaki Shinobi, Pegassi Ignus, and Toundra Panthere;
- 30% off the Smoke on the Water shop and the following vehicles: B-11 Strikeforce, BF Club, Buckingham Akula, Dewbauchee Specter, Ocelot Ardent, Överflöd Pipistrello, and Pegassi Torero XO;
- Gun Van deals: 40% off Tactical SMG and 30% off Battle Rifle (GTA+);
- New FIB case;
- Test drives, new heists, premium races, and challenges.
Previously, it was revealed that GTA 5 almost featured a climbing mechanic, but it was ultimately cut from the game.
