GTA Online: An Event with a New Mode and Discounts Has Started

A new event has started in GTA Online, which will last until August 28. Players can expect a new mode, as well as rewards, bonuses, and much more.

• A new Adversary Mode called Assault on ATT-16 has been added to the game. This multi-stage event includes an assault on Fort Zancudo and the USS Luxington carrier, offering players the chance to steal the R&D VTOL aircraft. Completing both stages rewards players with a weekly $100,000;
• New Salvage Yard Robberies: Pegassi Zorrusso, Ocelot Swinger, and Dinka Blista Kanjo;
• The casino now offers a chance to win the Dinka Jester Classic, and the LS Car Meet Race now allows players to unlock the Dewbauchee Vagner;
• 30% discount on vehicles: Annis Remus, BF Club, Buckingham Nimbus, Buckingham Volatus, Nagasaki Buzzard Attack Chopper, Obey Omnis e-GT, Ocelot Jugular, Overflod Entity XXR, Vapid Dominator GTT;
• 30% discount on the Gusenberg Sweeper. GTA+ members also get a 40% discount on the MG;
• The following cars have appeared in Simeon's showroom: Overflod Imorgon, Ubermacht SC1, Dinka Jester, Vulcar Warrener, and Dinka Double-T.

Insider Tez2 reported that the developers have disabled several game modes, including Assault on Cayo Perico Adversary Mode, Overtime Rumble Adversary Mode, and more.

Previously, GTA 5 made it to the top of the most downloaded games in the PlayStation Store for July. RDR 2 also made it to the list.
