Rockstar Games has announced when it will stop supporting Windows 7 and Windows 8 in its games

Rockstar Games will soon stop supporting Windows 7 and Windows 8 in its games, as well as in the Rockstar Games Launcher client. The company has revealed the exact dates.
These operating systems will no longer be supported by Rockstar Games from January 30, 2024. Thus, after this, all gamers who do not switch to newer versions of the OS will likely experience problems with updates and access to games, including GTA Online.
«To prevent any future interruptions of service and ensure continued access to the latest platform features, we recommend Windows 7 and 8 users upgrade to a supported operating system as soon as possible», — Rockstar Games stated.
Interestingly, Microsoft stopped supporting Windows 7 back in January 2020, and Windows 8 earlier this year.
