Reddit-user jnbarnes14 found one of the fastest ways to travel through GTA Online map. He used Nagasaki Ultralight, an affordable glider introduced in the Smuggler's Run expansion. Its looks can be deceiving, but this sucker can hit incredible speeds.
You can also buy carbon propeller for $315,000 and extended blades. These modifications will help you get off the radar and allow to glide above restricted zones without being detected by enemy AI. You can speed up to 73.25 mph (117.88 km/h).
Nagasaki Ultralight is worth 665 000 GTA$ and it should be stored in the player's personal hangar.
