Rockstar is not in a hurry to share details about GTA 6, so fans are making up their own. According to Dexerto with reference to Niche Gamer, the new game will cost $150.
Such a high price tag is rumored due to the gigantic costs of developing GTA 6. According to the source, the new part allegedly cost the publisher 2 billion dollars. Recall that the budget of the space simulator Star Citizen, which is considered the most expensive video game, is 600 million dollars.
Of course, this is just a rumor. It's unlikely that Take-Two will sell the game for $150, unless we're talking about a collector's edition. Most likely, GTA 6 will cost $70 – this is more than an adequate price for such a project.
