Screenshots of the cancelled Liberty City expansion for GTA 5 have leaked online

Thanks to a massive leak of GTA 5's source code, dataminers have discovered that eight expansions were planned for the game's single-player mode. Recently, screenshots of one of them have leaked online.
The images feature a DLC dedicated to Liberty City (an in-game city), showcasing city streets and buildings. It's worth noting that some of these screenshots surfaced online back in 2016, when they were found in the portfolio of one of the developers.
Some of the screenshots (featuring underwater locations) are related to the cancelled Agent.
Preliminary information suggests that Rockstar Games cancelled the work on the expansions for GTA 5 in order to focus on the development of the online mode.
As a reminder, dataminers previously found art from the cancelled Bully 2.
