GTA 4 Visuals Significantly "Refreshed" with New Version of Graphical Mod

Modder icelaglace has finally released iCEnhancer 4.0, a new version of the graphical mod for Grand Theft Auto 4. The game has been noticeably transformed, showcasing remaster—or even remake—level visual effects that are nearly indistinguishable from reality.
You can check out icelaglace’s work in the trailer below. Liberty City now features a realistic lighting system and a host of new effects: volumetric fog that thickens and dissipates naturally, lifelike water, improved reflections, and much more.

As a reminder, Rockstar Games' support site recently hinted—possibly by accident—at a potential release of GTA 4 for PlayStation 4. Fans are hoping this points to a remaster.
