Roy Ayers, GTA 4's Fusion FM Host, Passes Away

Legendary jazz and funk musician Roy Ayers, best known to gamers as the host of Fusion FM in GTA 4, has passed away in New York City at the age of 84.
Ayers died on March 4th. Rockstar Games paid tribute to the influential artist with a post on social media featuring his photograph. «Rest In Peace to the pioneer of Jazz Funk and host of Fusion FM, the legend Roy Ayers,» the company wrote.
Throughout the Grand Theft Auto series, players can hear four of Ayers' iconic tracks: Running Away (Bounce FM in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas), Everybody Loves the Sunshine (VCFL and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories), Funk in the Hole (Fusion FM in Grand Theft Auto 4), and Daylight (The Vibe 98.8 in Grand Theft Auto 4).
