Hangar 13, together with publisher 2K, has released the first gameplay trailer for Mafia: The Old Country. The game is set to launch on August 8 for PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PlayStation 5, with pre-orders now open.

The new entry in the series takes players to early 20th-century Sicily (Italy). You will step into the shoes of Enzo Favara, a young man seeking a better life after years of forced labor in the island’s mines. To survive and rise, he joins the criminal underworld of the Cosa Nostra. The trailer offers a first look at the combat system and key mechanics — players can also expect horse racing and high-speed car chases in vintage race cars.

Alongside the trailer, pre-orders for Mafia: The Old Country have gone live on Steam, PlayStation Store, and Microsoft Store. The Standard Edition costs $50 and includes early purchase bonuses, while the Deluxe Edition, priced at $60, adds two content packs featuring a limousine, a race car, a digital artbook, and the official soundtrack.

The game will also be translated into 15 languages, including voice acting for English, French, German, and Spanish localizations.
