Leaked Design Documents Allegedly Reveal Details on GTA San Andreas, GTA 3 Online, and Other Rockstar Games

Leaked internal design documents for older Grand Theft Auto titles have reportedly surfaced online, according to X user @mnm345x. The files are currently accessible, though they may be taken down soon.
The archive includes documents detailing GTA San Andreas, GTA Advance, GTA Vice City Stories, and an online mode for GTA 3. Some of the files are surprisingly specific—for instance, one document about GTA San Andreas is entirely focused on the in-game girlfriends players can date.
Accompanying the archive is a text file that explains the nature of the leak. It claims the documents were owned by a GTAForums user known as johndoe2, who had been purchasing content from former Rockstar developers for years and reselling it at inflated prices. Allegedly, johndoe2 was also responsible for earlier leaks of unfinished builds of Manhunt and Manhunt 2.
“Select ex-developers have made a killing off his sales while being entirely protected with him acting as a fence. John Doe has easily made tens of thousands of dollars, often times reselling the same asset priced at e.g. 2k dollars to 5 different parties,” the text file states.
