The court set the trial date for Take-Two case against re3 and reVC creators
Take-Two will fight the case against the creators of GTA reversed engineered mods re3 and reVC in a trial. Court has set the date to 28 July of 2023.
I've been keeping a close eye on the GTA reversed engineered lawsuit and it doesn't look like the lawsuit is ending anytime soon, unfortunately.

A court trial date has been set for 28 July, 2023 with a bunch of other meetings alongside it, now pending for approval from the Judge pic.twitter.com/anj2Bl4rz9
The lawsuit will be a drag. Take-Two will provide proof to the court in 2022 that should show the damage dealt by the mods. This year the experts will take a close look at the proof. And only in 2023 the trial will start.
If the court will find the creators of re3 and reVC creators guilty, they could be facing a fine in several hundred of dollars.
