Upd: нет, оказывается и в оригинальной версии присутствуют связанные с радио вылеты. А знаете, каким образом их удалось обойти? Пришлось чекать лог модлоадера и сносить плагин rta_patch. После этого вернулось дефолтное радио из ГТА СА и исчезли вылеты. Считаю, что за создание и распространение подобного не работающего корректно мусора нужно вводить уголовную ответственность со шваберными процедурами и последующим пожизненным запретом загрузки в Сеть каких-либо файлов.

in the folder "VehicleSFX\vsfx" you create a folder with the id of the car and put the sounds in it. There's a example on the mod, you can find it on " VehicleSFX\vsfx\560" its from the car Sultan, its the car of the presentation video.

короче, если не прописано название, то его можно узнать следующим образом: зайти в dlc нужного автомобиля -> data -> vehicles.meta и там первая строка <modelName>НАЗВАНИЕ АВТОМОБИЛЯ/modelName>

In the Readme you can find the link for it.
Then inside modloader on whatever folder you want, create another two folders, one named "Cleo" and the other "gta3.img"
Inside the Cleo folder place the files "Vrolling.cs" and "Vrolling.ini" from either the virtual keys or key game version option, your choice.
On "gta3.img" folder, you place the version you want of "Vrolling.ifp" from my mod
that's it.
