Bro, you should casually create a folder in the modloader, then create a folder named models inside this folder, and then create a folder named gta3.img inside that folder. After that, you just need to put player.dff and player.txd in it
Not so sure about that, maybe i used a bigger threshold for this mod than the weapon wheel, that could make some imprecise joysticks dont reach the necessary range, i cant check that right now since i have lost the source, but try a circularity test with your controller, this mod is not as up to date as the weapon wheel, maybe i rewrite the code in the future
It's for Android too you just need to rename the skin and make it for any model you want and then ok select Dff in gta img tool and rebuild and go to txd tool select txd and select txd model and now overwrite it that's it

When I'm using a gamepad, I can only highlight some of the stations on the bottom half of the wheel with the analog stick and none on the top half. Your weapon wheel works perfectly with it so my controller isn't the issue.

In my case the moon is always stretched at a 4:3 aspect ratio, i have installed widescreen fix and i manually edited the moon texture to stretch it but it automatically stretches back in-game to 4:3. Is it possible as a temporal fix to add a size-x and size-y option inside the .ini?
what I do is use GGMM and Modloader, I just installed the .txd and .dff in the mod file into GGMM, then make a folder in Modloader for the Jester .txd & .dffs and a separate folder for the Jester's modded parts, it worked for me and didn't give me the window spoiler, it did give me it for the Impreza though. But most of this author's mods work
У меня просто проблем нету с лагами в 4 гта все на ультрах так ище и свой графичейский мод стоит. А мод который я выпустил для тех у кого реально проблемы
