Water and Honesty — quest walkthrough in Red Dead Redemption

In this guide, you will learn how to buy the Pleasance house and transfer the rights to a stranger to complete the quest in Red Dead Redemption.
Head to the question mark to talk to Andrew McAllister.
The man will explain that he doesn't have the tools to irrigate his garden and tells about the need for water, which can be found in the Pleasance house.
Go to the house north of Armadillo and talk to the owner. He demands $200 for the deed. You have a choice — either pay $200 for the deed, kill the owner and take the deed, or tie the owner up (-100 Honor points) and force him to give the deed.
Once you have the deed, return to the man at the campsite to give him the property deed. Now you can kill him (-30 Honor points or -0 if you are wearing a bandana), and search his body to get the property deed back.
Rewards:
- +$220;
- +50 Fame points;
- +100 Honor points;
- -100 Honor points if you kill or tie up the owner.
