Cowards Die Many Times — Red Dead Redemption Mission Walkthrough

In this guide, we will tell you how to avoid another betrayal by the Mexican government and overthrow Captain De Santa in Red Dead Redemption.

Reach the usual location of Captain De Santa to talk to him and watch the cutscene. The colonel himself will tell you about the two people you are looking for. They were captured in the small town of Chuparosa, and your task is to reach it together with the captain.

Travel with the man in the wagon to reach the destination. Upon arrival in the town, head to the church where the bandits you are looking for are located.

Entering the building, you will be tied up and beaten by the captain's men, accusing you of betrayal. What exactly you are guilty of is unknown, but you will be saved by Reyes—the man you saved earlier—who kills the captors. Amidst a hail of bullets, reach your savior so he can untie your hands, and help fend off the Mexican army soldiers. It is most convenient to do this by hiding behind the fountain in the center of the location.

After eliminating all the soldiers, make your way to the roof of the bar to kill Captain Espinoza.

After listening to Reyes' speech, the mission will be considered complete. You will be rewarded with +125 points to the Fame parameter and +25 points to the Honor parameter.
