Completing this mission in Red Dead Redemption will only be available after completing the quest Liars, Cheats, and Other Proud Americans, as the main figure is Irish.
Get to the point in the town of Armadillo to start the mission.
Enter the stable and watch the cutscene. Immediately after, you need to kill the French and Welsh to keep the Irish alive. Follow your new acquaintance. Upon reaching the destination, you will have to deal with bandits who have taken over the area around the shack where the machine gun is stored.
After killing all the enemies and entering the shack, you will not find the machine gun, and the mission will be considered completed. As a reward, you will receive +25 points in the Fame category and +50 points in the Honor category.
