GTA: The Trilogy developers left inspiring comments for modders in game files

Modders found an interesting text in config file of Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy — The Definitive Edition. It was left by Grove Street Games, the developers of the remasters. This text inspires modders and players to have fun with editing the game files.
"Hello Friends! Hope you are having a nice day. Place any console variables you want to explicity override regardless of the user setting in this file. Have fun! Love, GSG."
This is a nice touch from the small studio that developed the updated versions of the Rockstar Games hits. However this contradicts with the current Take-Two Interactive politics. The publisher hunts down some mods and requests sites to delete them. Because of this we have to delete some of the mods on LibertyCity before.
