The insider claimed that GTA 6 will not be released on PC simultaneously with the versions for PlayStation and Xbox
It seems that Rockstar will continue the old tradition and will release the PC version of GTA 6 only after the release on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. This was told by the reliable insider Tez2 on GTAForums.
Tez2's sources reported that Rockstar needed additional time to port the game to PC. It is unclear how much the shooter will be delayed.
It is worth noting that this is far from the first time that Rockstar is late with the release of the PC version. The same thing happened earlier with GTA 5, GTA 4, GTA San Andreas and Red Dead Redemption 2. The original Red Dead Redemption did not even reach the platform.
If rumors are to be believed, the official announcement of GTA 6 may happen today. For Rockstar, this is a special date: on October 26, it released Red Dead Redemption 2, the Undead Nightmare add-on and several other projects.
