Rent a hot air balloon at the Valentine's theater tent, the Saint Denis docks, or the Blackwater construction site.

Cost $5;
To activate, hold down the Y key when nearby;
The balloon will disappear if you are too far away, sleep, or fast travel;
The wind will move the balloon during flight.

Installation:
