- Laramie - Big Valley and Heartlands
- O'Driscolls - Big Valley and Heartland
- Del Lobos - New Austin and sometimes in Heartland;
- U.S Army - Cumberland Forest and Grizzlies;
- The Grays - Scarlett Meadows
- Murfree Broods Roanoke Ridge
- Skinner Bros - Tall Trees
- Bronte Goons - Saint Denis
- Walton Gang - New Austin, may appear in the Armadillo Saloon;
- Bollard Twins - New Austin;
- Williamson Gang - New Austin
- Treasure Hunters - New Austin;
- Dutch Gang - Tall Trees and Great Plains;
- Night Folks - Rare in Bayou NWA.
Added 5 gangs from the original RDRI. Added RDR Bill, Javier and Dutch as new peds, both NPCs and playable characters.
Changes:
- Gangs will attack any other gangs that get in their way;
- Special ammo can now be obtained from the enemy gang and lawmen;
- Increased the cost of mining Del Lobos;
- Added unique names for Laramie Gang, Bronte Goons, Wapiti Warriors, US Marshall, and Saint Denis & Blackwater Police
- Added poachers from online;
- Added an African-American gang that was originally a mission-exclusive NPC;
- Added stagecoaches around New Austin.
- The enemy gang will attack you as soon as they see you (not always).
