Replaces the standard American police officer's suit.
You can find and wear it in the locker room at the police station (if you have completed the mission "Cop Land".

Костюм советского милиционера для Томми.
Заменяет костюм стандартного американского полицейского.
Можно найти и надеть его в раздевалке в полицейском участке (если вы прошли миссию "Cop Land".
