Police Upgrade for GTA: Vice City by Tommi4kaVar4etti

2 Small scripts that add some diversity to gameplay:

With each wanted level, cops will have +1 weapon in their Arms:

2 Stars - Python

3 Stars - Uzi and Python

4 Stars - Python, uzi, and shotgun

5 Stars - Python, uzi, shotgun and mp5

6 Stars - Python, uzi, shotun, mp5 and m4.

Also, wanted level changing cops accuracy.

The second script adds pilots and the gunner in chopper.

Here are some features of this script:

- If you kill 1-st pilot, helicopter will fall and explode.

- If you kill the gunner, helicopter will stop attacking you.

Now the helicopter flies around the player, not just floating above player.
