The mod does NOT replace, but adds an "Oceanic Stretch" in MVL format.
Features: the archive contains two versions of the modification — Xbox and original (PC), their characteristics, etc., by the way, the models work perfectly if you just install them in gta3.img

Installation
MVL
Throw Oceanic_Stretch.7z into the mvl->vehicles folder

simple
stretch.dff & stretch.txd replace in models->gta3.img (I personally created a separate img for transport, radar, etc.)
stretch.col replace in models->coll->vehicles.col
Мод НЕ заменят, а добавляет "Океанскую растяжку" в формате MVL.
Особенности: в архиве присуствуют два варианта модификации — Xbox и оригинальная (PC), свои характеристики и т.д., кстати модели отлично работают если их просто устанавливать в gta3.img

Установка
MVL
Oceanic_Stretch.7z закинуть в папку mvl->vehicles

простая
stretch.dff & stretch.txd заменить в models->gta3.img ( у меня лично создан отдельный img для транспорта, радара и тд)
stretch.col заменить в models->coll->vehicles.col
