P.S.S: The mod is in English, since I don't know how to write in Russian letters in the game.
Installation:
Replace main.scm in the data folder.
Throw altxt.fxt and altxt2.fxt into the CLEO_TEXT folder (the folder is in CLEO, if it is not there, install the CLEO library for GTA Vice City).

Установка:
Заменить main.scm в папке data.
Кинуть altxt.fxt и altxt2.fxt в папку CLEO_TEXT (папка находиться в CLEO, если ее нет установите библиотеку CLEO для GTA Vice City).
