This is a mod that transforms Donald Love from GTA LCS into GTA VC. The model remains unchanged because I noticed that Tony Cipriani and Donald have almost the same looking model.
If you want to play as Donald, replace player.dff and player.txd in gta3.img, then go to the models folder in your VC, and then go to the universal folder and replace player.bmp, otherwise just go into gta3.img and replace CSdlove.dff and CSdlove.txd.
