Vice City Life Mod 0.1 beta RC2-8

VCLM - Vice City Life Mod is a revolutionary project in the world of GTA Vice City Online.
This is not just a game server. This is a fundamentally NEW, independent MULTIPLAYER for everyone's favorite game! Developed by a talented programmer and an enthusiast of his craft, the project is confidently gaining momentum. There are already many functions and algorithms available that cannot be implemented in the official VCMP.
The concept of the new multiplayer is such that in its structure it is as close as possible to SAMP, naturally within the capabilities of Vice City. This also applies to the principle of writing a server for VCLM.
The technical capabilities of the new multiplayer amaze with their grandeur and diversity. Simply put, almost any single-player game function can be implemented in this MP.

Without going into details, this client has a number of basic pleasant innovations that can be seen immediately:

• Support for Cyrillic characters (chat in Russian!);
• Dead panel (as in SAMP);
• Game time is synchronized with real time;
• Wide range of game performance settings without changing standard files;
• The ability to create objects on the map, both through server scripting and “on the fly”, i.e. without being distracted from the gameplay;
• "cunning" system of protection against cheaters.

The project is constantly being improved, new functions are added and existing ones are optimized, errors are corrected and bugs are eliminated.
But to get the project to the finish line, more beta testers, scripters, server creators, and, of course, ordinary players are needed.

The attached archive contains version 2-8 client and server. The client is installed using an auto-installer.
