VCLM - Vice City Life Mod is a revolutionary project in the world of GTA Vice City Online.
This is not just a game server. This is a fundamentally NEW, independent MULTIPLAYER for everyone's favorite game! Developed by a talented programmer and an enthusiast of his craft, the project is confidently gaining momentum. There are already many functions and algorithms available that cannot be implemented in the official VCMP.
The concept of the new multiplayer is such that in its structure it is as close as possible to SAMP, naturally within the capabilities of Vice City. This also applies to the principle of writing a server for VCLM.
The technical capabilities of the new multiplayer amaze with their grandeur and diversity. Simply put, almost any single-player game function can be implemented in this MP.
Without going into details, this client has a number of basic pleasant innovations that can be seen immediately:
- Support for Cyrillic characters (chat in Russian!);
- Dead panel (as in SAMP);
- Game time is synchronized with real time;
- Wide range of game performance settings without changing standard files;
- The ability to create objects on the map, both through server scripting and “on the fly”, i.e. without being distracted from the gameplay;
- "cunning" system of protection against cheaters.

The project is constantly being improved, new functions are added and existing ones are optimized, errors are corrected and bugs are eliminated.
But to get the project to the finish line, more beta testers, scripters, server creators, and, of course, ordinary players are needed.

The attached archive contains version 2-8 client and server. The client is installed using an auto-installer.

VCLM — Vice City Life Mod — революционный проект в мире GTA Vice City Online.
Это не просто игровой сервер. Это принципиально НОВЫЙ, самостоятельный МУЛЬТИПЛЕЙЕР для всеми любимой игры! Разрабатываемый талантливым программистом, энтузиастом своего дела, проект уверенно набирает обороты. Уже доступно множество функций и алгоритмов, которые невозможно реализовать в официальном VCMP.
Концепция нового мультиплейера такова, что по своей структуре он максимально приближен к SAMP, естественно в рамках возможностей Vice City. Это касается и принципа написания сервера для VCLM.
Технические возможности нового мультиплейера поражают величием и многообразием. Попросту говоря, реализовать в этом МП можно практически любую функцию одиночной игры.
Не вдаваясь в тонкости, у данного клиента можно отметить ряд основных приятных новшеств, которыеможно увидеть сразу:
- Поддержка кириллических символов (чат на русском языке!);
- Dead-панель (как в SAMP);
- Полностью синхронизирована анимация игроков (по сравнению с VCMP);
- Игровое время синхронизировано с реальным;
- Широкий диапазон настроек производительности игры без изменения стандартных файлов;
- Возможность создания объектов на карте, как посредством скриптинга сервера, так и "на ходу", т.е. не отвлекаясь от игрового процесса;
- "хитрая" система защиты от читеров.

Проект постоянно улучшается, добавляются новые функции и оптимизируются существующие, исправляются ошибки и устраняются баги.
Но для выхода проекта на финишную прямую необходимо больше бета-тестеров, скриптеров, создателей серверов, ну и естественно простых игроков.
В данный момент для клиента VCLM работает тестовый сервер 83.167.24.209:5555 где вы можете опробовать и оценить достоинства нового мультиплейера.

В прикрепленном архиве содержится клиент версии 2-8 и сервер. Установка клиента производится с помощью автоинсталятора.
