Winter Mod — winter modification forGTA: Vice City , which adds a number of innovations to the already familiar gameplay.

The resort town of Vice City is completely covered in snow. More than a thousand game textures have been manually edited and reworked, most of them in high resolution, which ultimately improves the level of graphics. All roads and sidewalks, grass, plants, as well as the roofs of some buildings and vehicles are covered with snow.

The appearance of all passers-by has undergone a change - now they are dressed according to the season. The weather has been changed: it gets dark early in the city and it often snows. Changed loading screens and menus, visual effects, radar appearance. Added new skins and costumes for the main character and many more small but nice innovations.

In version2.2 a number of flaws have been fixed, the installation process has been simplified, a convenient menu has been made that allows you to enable some additional features, such as the ability to walk or a free ride mode that removes story missions and opens access to all islands.

Winter Mod — зимняя модификация для GTA: Vice City, которая добавляет ряд нововведений к уже привычному игровому процессу.

Курортный город Вайс Сити полностью присыпан снегом. Вручную отредактировано и переработано более тысячи игровых текстур, большинство из них выполнены в высоком разрешении, что в конечном итоге улучшает уровень графики. Снегом покрыты все дороги и тротуары, трава, растения а также крыши некоторых зданий и транспортные средства.

Изменению подвергся внешний вид всех прохожих — теперь они одеты согласно сезону. Изменена погода: в городе рано темнеет и часто идет снег. Заменены загрузочные экраны и меню, визуальные эффекты, внешний вид радара. Добавлены новые скины и костюмы для главного героя и еще множество небольших, но приятных нововведений.

Интегрирована программа ENBSeries, которая добавляет новые графические эффекты: «честные» отражения на автомобилях, эффект размытия движения (motion blur), bloom и другие «фишки», которые можно включить в настройках.

В версии 2.2 устранен ряд недоработок, облегчен процесс установки, сделано удобное меню, позволяющее включить некоторые дополнительные функции, такие как возможность ходьбы или режим свободной езды, который убирает сюжетные миссии и открывает доступ ко всем островам.
