Global climate changes have brought the coldest and snowiest winter in the history of Vice City.
Features of the mod compared to other snow mods:
-Winter sounds (walking on snow, blizzard, not rain)
-Textures resemble snow, not just brighter versions
-Atmospheric audio creates strange sensations.
History of the mod:
Initially, it was just a regular Vice City mod called City of Lost Heaven.
Then I started transferring textures from a winter mod for Mafia to a new area. After that, I painted the entire city and some textures in Paint.
In addition to textures, I also installed winter sounds and atmospheric audio from Painkiller.
In 2007, I created this mod. Back then, I hadn't even heard of programs like 3D Max, Photoshop, TXD Workshop, etc.
I knew almost nothing about modding. And there was no internet.
All I had was a disc with mods and programs from Fargus.
I came up with the name when I decided to upload it online.
So, that's why the mod has such poor quality, and I'm ready for negative reviews and comments.
However, I believe this mod resembles winter more than other snow mods.

Особенности мода в отличии от других снежных модов:
-Зимняя озвучка(ходьба по снегу, метель, а не дождь)
-текстуры похожи на снег, а не просто с повышенной яркостью
-Атмосферная озвучка придает странные ощущения.
История мода:
Первоначально это был обычный вайс с модом city of lost heaven.
Потом в новый район я начал переносить текстуры из зимнего мода для Мафии. А затем и весь город и некоторые текстуры я рисовал в пэинте.
Помимо текстур я установил и зимние звуки, а так же атмосферную озвучку из Painkiller.
В 2007 году я сделал это мод. Тогда я даже не слышал о таких программах как 3д макс, фотошоп, txd workshop и т.д.
В моддинге почти ничего не смыслил. И не было интернета.
А в руках была только болванка с модами и прогами от Фаргуса.
Название придумал когда решил выкладывать в сеть.
Так что по этому такое хреновое качество мода и готов к негативным оценкам и коментам.
Однако я считаю мод больше похож на зиму чем другие снежные моды.
