{MVL} Dodo
This is a Dodo aircraft for GTA Vice City. Yes, and it does not replace the Skimmer, but adds a completely new aircraft. The plane flew to Vice City all the way from San Andreas itself.
Installation: first you need maxo's vehicle loader, install it, and then throw the archive into the MVL / VEHICLES folder and that's it.
