This is a Dodo aircraft for GTA Vice City. Yes, and it does not replace the Skimmer, but adds a completely new aircraft. The plane flew to Vice City all the way from San Andreas itself.
Installation: first you need maxo's vehicle loader, install it, and then throw the archive into the MVL / VEHICLES folder and that's it.

Это самолёт Dodo для GTA Vice City. Да, и он не заменяет Skimmer, а добавляет совершенно новый самолёт. Самолёт прилетел в Вайс Сити аж из самого Сан Андреаса.
Установка: для начала нужен maxo\'s vehicle loader, установите его, а потом киньте архив в папку MVL/VEHICLES и всё.
