Grand Theft Auto: State of Liberty is a global modification for GTA: Vice City, which turns one city, Vice City, into an entire state. The new state includes several cities at once - Vice City itself, Liberty City from GTA 3, San Andreas from GTA: San Andreas and two completely new cities created by the State of Liberty development team. This is truly a global high-quality modification. And it's already working. Cars drive along the streets and pedestrians walk. 120 new cars from GTA: San Andreas have appeared in the game. In general, work on the mod continues, but we can already see the first high-quality results of this work. Do not miss!

В новый штат входит сразу несколько городов — сам Vice City, Liberty City из GTA 3, San Andreas из GTA: San Andreas и два совершенно новых города, созданных командой разработчиков State of Liberty. Это действительно глобальная качественная модификация. И она уже работает. По улицам ездят машины, ходят пешеходы. В игре появилось 120 новых автомобилей из GTA: San Andreas.
