This modification replaces Tommy Vercetti's default outfit with a new one.

Installation Instructions:

Open your gta3.img file using IMG Tool or Crazy IMG Editor.
Replace the files:
- player.dff
- player.txd
Navigate to the models > generic folder.
Replace or place the player.bmp file there.
