This mod adds unique characters from the Grand Theft Auto Vice City prototype dated October 2, 2002 to the game. The model conversion was done with special attention to detail in order to preserve the original style and atmosphere of the game.
List of replaced peds: sam, swat, wfosh and textures of two characters from the opening cutscene
Installation: replace files from the archive in gta3.img
