Hello everyone! This mod is a unique project for GTA: Vice City, which combines two iconic worlds — The Matrix and Vice City — in a way that has never been done before. Here's what makes this modification special:

Play as Tommy Vercetti in the style of The Matrix:
- Instead of Neo, you will control Tommy Vercetti, but with a unique look inspired by the legendary hero of The Matrix.
Custom Neo-style look:
- The iconic Neo coat recreated from scratch, accurately replicating the details from the movie.
- Neo's famous sunglasses, complementing the look.
Completely original skin:
- This skin was developed entirely from scratch, without using ready-made models and textures. Because of this, it fits perfectly into the atmosphere of Vice City.
Installation instructions:
- Extract the files from the archive.
- Move them to the models\gta3.img folder.
Or add the files to the modloader folder if you are using a modloader.

Инструкция по установке:
