I don't know if youve ever noticed a submarine in the waters of Vice City, but if you have, you've probably noticed how absurd it looks: nobody spent much time on texture, uv and other details. Funny, but at pier 69 in San Fierro in San Andreas moored exactly the same submarine, the same shape, but with normal textures. It's a sin not to add it to Vice City, right?
Installation: move the 'uss numnutz' folder to the modloader folder, if you have it, or add with replacement the contents of the 'uss numnutz' folder into the gta3.img, if you don't have the modloader.
Thats it, the main thing is not to look for a submarine by swimming!
