Automatic reduction of the wanted level.
Now you can gradually lower your wanted level just by staying away from the cops.
The script is quite simple, I still haven't realized whether it's a disadvantage or an advantage, but I decided to post it just in case.
How does it work?
At a wanted level of two stars and above, the script reduces your wanted level by one star after a minute timer expires, which, in turn, starts only if there are no law enforcement officers around you who want to arrest you. That is, you lay low somewhere where the cops can't get to you, and a minute later you have one less wanted star. Another minute you kept the cops away — one less star. And so on up to one star.
Features of the script:
- Does not come into play when you have only one star, because one star can disappear without the script;
- Does not see the police helicopter until it starts dropping off SWAT, because there is no one in the helicopter in Vice City (;
- Not interested in your crimes, as it only keeps a close eye on the timer and the cops around you;
- Not tested on versions of Vice City other than v1.0 and v.1.1.
Installation: move the wansys.cs file to the CLEO folder in your game folder (requires CLEO installed, of course).
