Vice City wheels in SA quality
Description:
This is my first mods created for Vice Сity, these mods replace all the wheels in GTA Vice Сity with more detailed ones.
Features:
- Remade GTA Vice city wheels in SA quality.
- All wheels are displayed using the default texture from wheels.txd
- Seamless display.
- Discs in 3D.
Known bugs:
- The wheels have a reflection in the neo-pipeline in skygfx.
