I finished it, having removed the mistakes of my redrawings, and also with the paint color.
Two versions in total.
The zip contains two torrents for distribution.

I started with the first steps - Russian Cars, and then brought it to a version that was more or less pleasant to me, where I ended up redrawing almost all the places and changing almost all the vehicles, and some of the characters, and added an addition that allows you to use even more vehicles, in the end - the Great Stealer Self-propelled gun of Vice City Light Brown Self-propelled guns Veda Edition Finish – Grand Theft Auto Vice City Russian Cars Veda Edition Finish.
This version of the game contains my vision of the appearance. The storyline is the same, but the terrain and characters are more fun. Note: you can take a script file from a different version and replace it with this one, I tried it, it’s funny.
Save more often, just in case.
Starts at Lance's house, missions and building purchases are open, a bridge is added. But I don’t recommend buying all the buildings, so that the game doesn’t crash due to plot inconsistencies, buy houses without missions.
Thanks to Maxo's Vehicle Loader, additional special-purpose self-propelled guns are used, there are also simple ones, but in a passive state, since the game engine would not encourage everyone to use them, there are also additional ones, which you can add to the “gamevlvehicles” yourself if you wish; I note that self-propelled guns from San Andreas are also used through the mod, but not all.
There are now enough additional special equipment for a more interesting course of the game, including a police motorcycle and an ambulance helicopter.
To disable additional cars from the folder: mss, delete - vehmod_chooser.flt
Added bus stops and the addition "MVL TANKER MOD" (tried it and changed it a little, it's in the pictures)
There is a direct hint of this resource in the game textures.
Version for everyone.
Trainers (available in the “root”) that can launch the game only see the “gta-vc.exe” launcher, so that others can be launched by them, you need to rename them.

В данной версии игры лежит моё видение внешнего облика. Сюжетная линия вся та же, но более забавна округа местности и персонажи. На заметку: можете взять файл сценария другой версии и заменить в сей, пробовал, забавно.
Игра запускается улучшенными пусковиками, но и те ни всегда постоянны, бывают вылеты из-за объёма изменений, так как жёсткий диск может подвиснуть, либо притормозить и текстуры ни прогрузиться, по сему пять пусковиков, из которых жёлтый самый Живой. Чаще сохранение делайте, на всякий.
Начинается у дома Ланса, открыты миссии и покупка зданий, добавлен мост. Но скупать все здания ни советую, чтобы ни было вылетов игры из-за нистыковки по сюжету, покупайте дома без миссий.
