- Vehicles exclusive to GTA Vice City Stories can be manually replaced with any vehicle (Air Ambulance, Armadillo, Barracks OL Ammotruck, Biplane, Bulldozer, Domestobot, Forklift, Little Willie, Polaris V8, Splitz-6 ATV, Streetfighter, VCPD WinterGreen, Ventoso, Violator, WinterGreen, Yola)

- Added Chopper option to replace Police Maverick, and Plummet Airlines Airtrain to replace Airtrain

- The mod contains wheels from GTA Vice City Stories

- Custom settings for default.ide and carcols.dat, there are also Handling.cfg settings for GTA VCS exclusives.
