Additional spawn of all vehicles and all actors on roads (VC) 3.3
Now on the roads every 30 seconds (when money is replenished in Thomas's account) all cars (except boats), cars and motorcycles will spawn and helicopters will hover. All actors (except special scenes). The crew of all vehicles - driver, passenger and gunner (character - 4, normal). Attitude towards the player is neutral.
Important! If there are no cars spawning - just pick up a pedestrian's money pickup and it will work.
All actors, random weapons, health (from 50 to 1000, accuracy (from 30 to 100), random damage immunities (each of the five separately), random money (from $1 to $2000).
All cars, random colors (95 pieces), durability (from 1000 to 10000), immunities to damage (each of five - separately), wheels (pierce or not), doors (open or not) , random vehicle weight (regular or heavy).
An endless run and a maximum wanted by the police are sewn - six stars. Sewn random weapons to all gangs.
Important! Scene activator - the presence of at least one dollar in Thomas's account (if there is no money, the spawn will not work).
Known Issues:
Why such a huge weight of the script? O_O
Because there are 44 small scripts (44 in 1) with full randomness of all cars (130-236), actors (0-7) and (9-107), health, weapons, accuracy, colors, (all cars, all peds, all motorcycles, all helicopters).
The script would have weighed even more if I had not used the tricky trick with local models, and would not have worked at all if I had not unloaded car and ped models with local destros.
Can it be made shorter?
If you make it shorter (for example, make two smaller scripts out of one), you will have to change all the time and it’s not a fact that they will work the same as now (cars will sometimes spawn one on top of the other when their time overlaps).

PS Weapons are not everything, since loading, checking and unloading them using local ones did not work (it was stupidly invisible).
