VCS on VC mod BETA II.5

VCS on VC mod BETA II.5 is an old abandoned modification from the author Sal_Leone with minor changes from me:

1. Scattered pickups of weapons, armor and first aid kits (not everywhere)

2. In some places I added cars - ambulances, police officers and some other vehicles at the same points as in the original.

3. Changed some skins, sounds, car models, changed the start screen, radio icons and a few other little things.

The author's task was to transfer the VCS plot to the VC engine. Unfortunately, the mod is very crude and sometimes freezes even when loading (you can fix it by removing loadscr.asi if you wish).

I decided to add in case someone decides to continue working on the modification.
