Bizarre Island
Bizarre Island is a new area built on artificial islands by the beach, connected by bridges. There are also buildings, trees, bushes, and a couple of ramps.
To get all this into the game, you need to:
1) Place the .dff and .txd files into gta3.img using ImgTool
2) Put the losted folder in D:\\GAMES\\GTA - Vice City\\data\\maps
3) Replace the gta_vc.dat file in D:\\GAMES\\GTA - Vice City\\data

Bizarre island - это новый район, возведённый на искусственных островах у пляжа которые связаны между собой мостами. На них также есть здания, деревья, кустарники и пара трамплинов.
Для того, чтобы всё это добро появилось в игре, вам нужно:
1) Файлы .dff и .txd кинуть в gta3.img через прогу ImgTool
2) Папку losted поместить в D:\\GAMES\\GTA - Vice City\\data\\maps
3) Файл gta_vc.dat заменить в D:\\GAMES\\GTA - Vice City\\data
