New Flood Mod
This mod adds a flood. Now the streets of the state will be in the water, in some places there is not much water and you can walk or drive a car, and in other areas Tommy will immediately drown. On the street you can meet people and cars.

Данный мод добавляет потоп. Теперь улицы штата будут в воде, в некоторых местах воды не много и можно пройти или проехать машиной, а в других районах сразу Томми утонет. На улице можно встретить людей и машины.
Чтобы не умирать, рекомендуем скачать плавательный мод.
В архиве есть стандартный .DAT файл, чтобы можно было вернуть все обратно.
