SilentPatch 1.1 Build 9 for GTA Vice City
The last update is dated 09/22/2019.
List of fixes:
- Fixed an issue where installing a game on drive A or B would cause the game to prompt for a CD;
- The mouse should not randomly lock when exiting a menu on newer systems;
- The mouse will now not extend beyond the gaming rectangle, which allows you to play it on multi-monitor installations without any problems;
- The sensitivity of the vertical axis of the mouse now matches the sensitivity of the horizontal axis;
- The vertical axis of the mouse is no longer blocked during camera fade-out;
- A more accurate frame limiter that slightly reduces latency spikes when playing with the frame limiter enabled;
- Rosenberg lines that play when the player is Busted now work correctly (same as with Rosie's Audio Fix);
- The game now runs a little better at high FPS. Therefore, it is still recommended to play with the frame limiter set to ON;
- Reflections on wet roads are displayed correctly again (as was the case with fixing road reflections);
- Reintegrated light is on when obtaining weapons/health/armor, bribes, hidden packages and money - these were only shown on PS2 due to a bug in all PC versions;
- All texts now have correct shadows (depending on the selected resolution, without correction they look thinner, etc.);
- Free respirators will not continue the new game now;
- Fixed ambulance and fire truck dispatch timers - they are now reset in New Game;
- Corrected crime codes for audio police dispatches - the police dispatcher now correctly indicates the player's crimes;
- The FILE_FLAG_NO_BUFFERING flag has been removed from the IMG read functions - stream acceleration;
- Alt + F4 now works correctly;
- Some car panels now become detached after a car explodes (as intended, but the code forces them to fix them immediately after damage);
- Constants for converting metric to empire have been replaced with more accurate ones;
- Pathfinding for cars chasing the player has been improved;
- All censorship from the German and French versions of the game was removed;
- Bombs in cars stored in garages are now saved correctly;
- Fixed an issue that caused games to freeze if III/VC/SA were running at the same time;
- Car generator counters now work correctly for generators with a fixed amount of spawning;
- Add-ons on motorcycles now behave correctly, following the bike and not floating in the air;
- Made the game choose metric/imperial units based on local system settings. This can be overridden from the INI file;
- Some properties at the Malibu Club, Ocean View Hotel and Pole Position Club have been restored; more ambient space when the player is in an interior (like on PS2).

Список исправлений:
- Исправлена ошибка, из-за которой при установке игры на диск A или B игра запрашивала компакт-диск;

- Мышь теперь не будет выходить за пределы игрового прямоугольника, что позволяет без проблем играть в нее на мультимониторных установках;
- Чувствительность вертикальной оси мыши теперь соответствует чувствительности горизонтальной оси;
- Вертикальная ось мыши теперь не блокируется во время затухания камеры;
- Более точный ограничитель кадров, немного уменьшающий скачки задержки при игре с ограничителем кадров;
- Линии Розенберга, которые играют, когда игрок Busted, теперь работают правильно (так же, как с Аудио Исправление Рози);
- Игра теперь работает немного лучше на высоких FPS. Он больше не замирает на затуханиях, хотя у него все еще есть проблемы с физикой автомобиля, гравитацией и звуками. Поэтому все еще рекомендуется играть с ограничителем кадров, установленным в положение ON;

- Исправлен баг, из-за которого порожденное читами оружие ближнего боя принудительно заменялось другим оружием ближнего боя при входе в пикап;
- Флаг FILE_FLAG_NO_BUFFERING был удален из функций чтения IMG — ускорение потоковой передачи;
- Alt + F4 теперь работает правильно;
- Некоторые автомобильные панели теперь отсоединяются после взрыва автомобиля (как и предполагалось, но код принудительно исправил их сразу после повреждения);
- Константы преобразования метрики в империю заменены на более точные;
- Поиск путей для автомобилей, преследующих игрока, был улучшен;
- Все цензуры из немецкой и французской версий игры были удалены;
- Бомбы в автомобилях, хранящихся в гаражах, теперь сохраняются правильно;
- Исправлена ошибка, из-за которой игры зависали, если одновременно работали III / VC / SA;
- Счетчики автомобильных генераторов теперь работают правильно для генераторов с фиксированным количеством нереста;
- Дополнения на мотоциклах теперь ведут себя правильно, следуя за байком и не плавая в воздухе;
- Задержка ввода с клавиатуры уменьшилась на один кадр;
- Сделано, чтобы игра выбирала метрические / имперские единицы на основе настроек локальной системы. Это может быть переопределено из файла INI;
- Некоторые реквизиты в Malibu Club, Ocean View Hotel и Pole Position Club были восстановлены; больше окружающего пространства, когда игрок находится в интерьере (как на PS2).
