Vice City: BETA Edition is a modification of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. The mod is made with the goal of restoring most, if not all, of the features cut during development (at least what is known and/or possible).
This mod includes/restores things like cut buildings, dialogue, pedestrian appearance, general atmosphere and more to provide the most authentic look.
All information comes from several sources, such as the BradyGames Official Strategy Guide, screenshots of the pre-release version and leftover game files.
For a better picture, it is recommended to use SkyGFX and ALMOST610 BETA Vehicles .

Vice City: BETA Edition — это модификация Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. Мод сделан с целью восстановления большинства или, если не всех, вырезанных функций в процессе разработки (по крайней мере, того, что известно и/или возможно).
Этот мод включает в себя/восстанавливает такие вещи, как вырезанные здания, диалоги, внешний вид пешеходов, общую атмосферу и многое другое, чтобы обеспечить наиболее аутентичный вид.
Вся информация поступает из нескольких источников, таких как Official Strategy Guide BradyGames, скриншоты пред-релизной версии и остатки файлов игры.
Для лучшей картины рекомендуется использовать SkyGFX и ALMOST610 BETA Vehicles.
