Vice City: BETA Edition is a modification of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. The mod is made with the goal of restoring most, if not all, of the features cut during development (at least what is known and/or possible).
This mod includes/restoring things like cut buildings, dialogue, pedestrian appearance, general atmosphere, and more to provide the most authentic look.
All information comes from multiple sources, such as BradyGames Official Strategy Guide, pre-release screenshots, and leftover game files.
For the best picture, it is recommended to use SkyGFX and ALMOST610 BETA Vehicles.
