When you press the "sight" mouse sensitivity is reduced by 2 times
which allows you to aim more accurately.
Also fixes the cant sensitivity of the mouse vertically.
Note:
The plans are to make the on-off of the sight and the camera approach.

При нажатии \"прицел\" чувствительность мыши снижается в 2 раза
что позволяет более точно прицелиться.
Так же исправляет косяк чувствительность мыши по вертикали.
Примечание:
В планах сделать вкл-выкл прицела и приближение камеры.
