Cement Truck (MVL)
Cement truck from GTA San Andreas. Now goes to GTA Vice City via MVL. Created solely to give the game diversity in transport. What is in this car:
* It is found mainly in the docks and areas adjacent to it, like other heavy vehicles;
* Rotating drum with cement.
PS: The model itself is designed for GTA Vice City, in GTA San Andreas it will not work correctly, since I changed the height of the rear superstructure of the cement truck so that the drum is correctly positioned (in GTA San Andreas the drum rotates in a position at an angle of 20-30 degrees, in GTA Vice City I xs how to do the same). By applying a flag on the cement truck that is responsible for the operation of some rotating part on the engine of the BF Injection, I set the drum in motion, but now it will look more like a cement blender (the drum will spin so fast when accelerating). Plus, the drum will spin ONLY for the player, for the NPC it will be static.

Цементовоз из GTA San Andreas. Теперь идёт в GTA Vice City через MVL. Создан исключительно для придания игре разнообразия в транспорте. Что же есть в этой машине:
* Встречается, в основном, в доках и ближайших к нему районах, как и остальные тяжелые машины;
* Вращающийся барабан с цементом.
P.S.: Сама модель предназначена для GTA Vice City, в GTA San Andreas будет неправильно работать, так как я изменил высоту задней надстройки цементовоза, чтобы барабан был правильно расположен (в GTA San Andreas барабан вращается в положении под углом в 20-30 градусов, в GTA Vice City я хз как так же сделать). Применив на цементовозе флаг, отвечающий за работу некоторой вращающейся детали на двигателе у BF Injection, я привёл в движение барабан, но теперь он будет больше напоминать цементный блендер (настолько быстро будет крутиться барабан при ускорении). Плюс к тому, барабан будет вращаться ТОЛЬКО у игрока, у NPC будет статичен.
