Launch is a patrol boat from GTA San Andreas. In this game it has a very low functionality, such as it doesn't appear anywhere except for one military base.
I had fixed these issues for MVL version in GTA Vice City. Now, it's different from original, at least, on the following items:
* It is used by the police at 2 wanted stars and simply appears in the waters
* Now it has not only one variant of painting
* Naturally, it has guns like the Predator
Actually, MVL version of Launch is a little bit different from Predator. Nevertheless, it gives a little variety to the game :D
